Barbara Ruddock is the owner and broker in charge.  

• She holds a SC Real Estate Broker's License and the GRI (Graduate Realtors Insitute) and RMP (Residential Management Professional) designations.  
• She is a past Director of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and a current Director of the Charleston Trident Multiple Listing Service, Inc.  
• Barbara was an accredited Property Manager Instructor for over six years.  
• She is active in local, and state property management groups
• She is past  President of the Summerville Oakbrook Rotary Club.

Fred Ruddock handles the maintenance coordination as well as most of the “road work” involved in running the business.

Tina Manchester, who joined us as our “front desk” person during 2003, now has her real estate license and can  help show and lease properties as well as answer your phone calls.  

Cressie Tanner continues to handle most of the showings, leases, and all of the estimates, insurance issues.

Sherrill Mills, who is also licensed to show and lease properties, takes care of the accounts payable and receivable as well as the five homeowners associations that we manage.
