•  Call us if you would like additional information about one of our rentals.
•   We will set up an appointment for you to view the property.  
•   You will be given an application to complete; we will ask you for rental  references, income verification, etc.
•  The application fee is $25.  
• We will pull a credit report and also verify your references.
•   If your application is approved, we will call you to set up an interview to complete the lease package. 
•  If your application is not approved, we will let you know the reason in writing.
•  Your security deposit is due when your application is approved.  
• You will be given keys on your move-in day upon your payment of rent.
